制备方法:
化学气相沉积法, Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD)
产品简介:
1) 单层离散分布的三角状单晶晶粒,三角边长一般是几十至一百微米。
2) 由三角晶粒继续长大连在一起的单层连续薄膜。
3) 多层WS2 连续薄膜。
4) 基底:WS2可选基底较多,其中蓝宝石基底为直接沉积产品。其他基底例如:SiO2/Si, 硅片,PET,PI,ITO,FTO,玻璃,金属基底等是通过在蓝宝石上生长后转移至客户所需基底。
应用领域:
光电器件,微电子器件,生物传感,化学传感等领域。
