印刷电子墨水
1、太阳能~ 活性层、空穴传输层、电极层、电子传输层
太阳能系列墨水包括非卤溶剂型活性层墨水,传输层墨水和电极层墨水。在无需蒸镀设备和繁琐工序的情况下,可通过点胶、刮涂、喷墨打印等方式实现柔性有机太阳能电池的全印刷制备。
SOLAR ink can be utilized to fabricate either active layer, transport layer or electrode with halogen-free solvents. Flexible organic solar
cells can be prepared by dispensing, blade coating and inkjet printing without the usage of vacuum deposition process.
2、逻辑~ 介电层墨水:热固化、UV固化、高介电常数。半导体层墨水。
逻辑系列墨水包括多种介电层墨水和半导体墨水,可以实现全印刷制备电容、电感和晶体管等各种电子元器件以及逻辑门等较复杂的电路。
LOGIC ink include dielectric and semiconductor inks, which can realize the fabrication of all-printed capacitors, inductors and transistors and
logic gates.
3、发光显示~ 发光系列墨水:活性层、电子传输层、空穴传输层、缓冲层。变色系列墨水:电致变色、热致变色、光致变色。
4、能源~ 电极墨水、电解质墨水、电极阻隔层墨水。
能源系列墨水主要包括电极墨水、电解质墨水和电极阻隔层墨水等,可制备全印刷平面式结构和三明治式结构的超级电容器。
ENERGY ink mainly includes electrode, electrolyte and electrode barrier inks, which can be used to prepare all-printed planar-structured and sandwich-structured supercapacitors.
5、传感~ 传感器活性材料:温度传感器、湿度传感器、光电传感器、压力传感器、气体传感器。
传感系列墨水可以满足多种柔性传感器的制备需要,包括压力传感器,温度传感器,湿度传感器,光电传感器,气体传感器等。
SENSE ink is able to satisfy the demands of fabricating various flexible sensors, including pressure, temperature, humidity, photoelectric, visible light and gas sensors.
6、基础~ 导体墨水、封装墨水、表面改性墨水
基础系列墨水主要包括导体墨水和薄膜封装墨水。导体墨水可用于多种柔性电极的制备;封装墨水可以通过印刷工艺实现对柔性薄膜器件的封装。
BASIC ink includes conductor and film encapsulation inks. Among them, conductor ink can be used to fabricate various flexible electrodes,
while encapsulated ink can be utilized to encapsulate flexible film components by printing technology
除此之外,借助我们提供种类丰富的印刷电子墨水,还可以实现RFID标签,微流控芯片,柔性屏幕和多层PCB板等多种柔性电子器件的全印刷制备。
